DimmBizz Ltd has been working on a number of new features to help spas and their guests speed up processes through its Xplan spa management software.
These include an E-commerce or webshop, where products can be sold online. It will be part of the main database and integrated with the online booking engine, giving spas chance to offer products as part of the online reservation procedure.
Dimmbizz is also developing a self-service kiosk where guests can order treatments or products on an automated self-service kiosk.
Other new features include a fast check-in app for smart devices, which staff can use to check visitors in away from the reception desk, and content-based targeted direct marketing. This incorporates social media use to let spas send marketing based on their customers' social media profile and activity.
